Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel as the rooms were spacious and clean, but the noise from the ventilation was bothersome. The service was exceptional with a beautiful dinner arranged for us upon arrival. The central location in Casco Viejo made it convenient for exploring the area, although the noise from a nearby convention was disruptive at times. The dining was satisfactory, not buffet-style, and the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers stunning views of the square and cathedral, allowing guests to enjoy the Easter activities. However, privacy may be compromised due to the atrium view if curtains are not closed properly. The room lacks storage space with no drawers or shelves above the desk.
I felt like I was in a bustling big city like Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, or Paris; the rooms were small but very comfortable, facing the inside of the hotel. The service was exceptional, offering various amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and tours assistance. The location was perfect for exploring the old city, with lots of restaurants nearby. The dining experience was excellent, just like a 4-star hotel breakfast.
The hotel offers a superb location in Casa Viejo, ideal for exploring the treasures of the Casco Viejo. The rooms, though small, come with a lovely view of the inside atrium, but privacy can be an issue if curtains are not closed. Service is generally friendly, although some lapses in attentiveness were noted. Dining options were mixed with a disappointing selection. Overall, a great pick for its central location and unique charm, despite some noise concerns.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms felt a bit cramped for my liking and not quite up to the standard I expected, the service was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the historic area of Casco Viejo, but the dining options left something to be desired. The facilities were adequate, but overall, I found the value for money to be somewhat lacking.
